Foundations: Deep strip foundations with localized piling to bridge existing Victorian drains.

STARK Insight:
The primary challenge was supporting the upper two stories of the Victorian masonry while installing the open-corner steelwork. We utilized temporary propping and a synchronized steel installation to ensure zero movement in the existing structure.
